The barbecue and spit roast menus are generally informal occasions and are priced this way unless specified differently.

The prices quoted include all the barbecuing equipment, chefs, waiting staff, all necessary china, cutlery, linen for the buffet tables, and refrigeration on site. The china and equipment would be delivered the day before and collected the day after, except on weekends where it would be delivered Friday and collected Monday. Everything is returned dirty, no washing up!

As with all our menus, our meat is delivered fresh to our door the morning before the party to be marinated in cold storage overnight. The rest of the preparation is done on the day, usually at your home/venue, as is all the cooking. If you are lucky and the weather is fine there is no need for an awning, however rain is not a problem, we have our own gazebo which we can provide if necessary. We do need to be close to a kitchen and to have a water supply near by. Don't worry about an electricity supply though, we use gas barbecues which are easy to control, more efficient and more like a real barbecue.

Our uniformed staff are also included in the price per head, which is excluding vat, and we would supply one waitress to every 20 guests. This is based on an informal day where your guests collect their two courses and cutlery from the buffet table and find a suitable place to sit.

The spit roasts work in the same way........ Everything included, informal style, includes all equipment etc. However it must be stated quite clearly that it is for 80 guests not 50. You can't get away from the fact that a pig feeds 80 people. If you want just pig in a roll it is a price of £6.50 per head.
