Our terms and conditions are flexible to suit your requirements.
1.
Entertaining Matters require conformation of any booking with a nonreturnable
deposit of £200.00 + VAT.
50% of the menu costs will be invoiced two weeks prior to the function, followed
by an invoice for the balance paid within 14 days of the function.
2.
Cancellation charges. Up to two weeks notice 50% of the charges will be charged. Up to 72 hours the client will be liable for 100% of the menu prices.
3.
All charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.
4.
Final numbers are required seven days before the function and will be invoiced accordingly.
5.
The client shall be responsible for any breakage's or losses not incurred by Entertaining
Matters and will be charged for separately at replacement cost.
6.
The client is responsible for any damages to their property whilst hosting an event using Entertaining Matters.
7.
Travelling expenses of £75.00 will be passed onto the client if the distance
from Wallingford, Oxfordshire is greater than 20 miles.
8.
Should Entertaining Matters find it necessary to change any ingredients we reserve
the right to do so at our discretion.
9.
A 5% charge will be levied every 7 days on overdue accounts.
10.
We do have a maximum waiting staff hours where service is included, after this you will be charged on an hourly basis. For example, staff costs are included in the price of a canapés party for a maximum of 3 hours, buffets 4 hours and so on.
